Become a Dragon!To become an active member of our club, you must pay dues. In general, dues are required before any player participates in their first match or by their third practice. Please note, exceptions are made. If you have any questions or concerns about paying dues, please contact our Treasurer. Player Membership Dues Individual Player dues for the Fall 2009 season are $125.00. These can be paid online through PayPal or by check given to our Treasurer. Social Membership Dues Social memberships help support our club in many ways than just financially. By becoming a social member of the Chicago Dragons RFC, you will be given advance notice to upcoming events, invited to our away matches and have opportunities to participate in the club in fun and exciting ways in 2010. You will also obtain free entry into club Third Halves, the social drink-up after all home matches, featuring Goose Island 312 and held at our Host Bar, NorthEnd. The Chicago Dragons Rugby Football Club is the first rugby club in the Midwest and was established to educate and provide the opportunity for traditionally under-represented groups, particularly gay men, to engage in the world's third most popular team sport. The continued operation of the organization depends on your contributions in addition to team dues. As an IRS recognized 501(c)3 organization your donations are tax deductable.
